SERVICES
Doula / Labor Support Services
Whether you choose to birth at home, birthing center or in the hospital, I provide warm, calm support before, during and after birth. I provide comfort measures including positional and hands on release work, listen to your concerns and provide evidence-based solutions to help you make the best decisions for you and your growing family.
Doula Services Include:
One prenatal visit with you and your partner to discuss labor, birth preferences, comfort measures and options and postpartum planning

On-call availability from week 38 until the birth of your baby

Virtual, phone, email and text support during pregnancy and early labor for any questions you might have
Continuous physical, emotional and informational support from the time you need me at your home, birthing center or hospital, throughout labor, birth and the immediate postpartum period

Basic – $2,000
All of the above
Plus – $2,300
All of the above + BRM® functional assessment & four 60 minute virtual movement sessions (1st trimester or induction, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester and 4th trimester/postpartum), one in-home lactation visit
Premier – $2,600
Two prenatal visits + BRM® functional assessment & four 90 minute in person training sessions (1st trimester or induction, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester and 4th trimester/postpartum), one in-home lactation visit
